Committing to three 1:1 sessions is a great way to try life coaching out and decide if it’s time to make an investment in yourself and commit to change.
I require a three session minimum because with coaching, a “one and done” mentality won’t do it. The first session will be focused on motivation, vision planning and goal setting, and homework. The 2nd session will be follow up, identifying limiting beliefs, creating an action plan, and homework. The third session will be follow up, more goal setting and a discussion about what comes next for you.
